How Soon We Forget Contest  Myrna Loy
The Summer 2009 answer was "Myrna Loy. Perhaps best known for her recurring role as "Nora Charles", in the Thin Man movie series, she had many nicknames including "The Queen of Hollywood", "The Perfect Wife" and "Minnie". By the time she passed away in 1993 at the age of 88, Myrna Loy had appeared in a phenomonal 128 motion pictures. Our drawing, from the 158 correct answers we received, gave us the following winners: $100 First Prize– Janice A. Fiorina, Marissa, IL $50 Second Prize– Suzanne C. CONTEST RULES
This contest is open to all members of Catholic Holy Family Society who are in good standing. Officers and employees of said organization are not eligible. In the interest of fairness to all contestants, your answer should have the correct spelling. In the event of more than three correct answers, the winner shall be determined by a random drawing from all of the correct entries. Should no correct answer be received all of the prize money shall be added to the following contest. Catholic Holy Family Society shall be the sole judge of each contest and its decision shall be final.
