Volunteers make a difference by contributing their time, energy, and talents to the causes they hold dear.  Because our members play such an integral part in who we are as a Society, we want to know what you are doing to make a difference in your church and community.

We are looking for the volunteer activities you participated in, and the number of hours spent doing them.  By filling out this form and sending it to our home office you will be entered into our Volunteer Rewards drawing.  Out of those entries received, the Holy Family Society will randomly choose three winners to receive a cash prize of $150.00 each.
