Volunteer Rewards Program Volunteers make a difference by contributing their time, energy, and talents to the causes they hold dear. Because our members play such an integral part in who we are as a Society, we want to know what you are doing to make a difference in your church and community.
We are looking for the volunteer activities you participated in, and the number of hours spent doing them. By filling out this form and sending it to our home office you will be entered into our Volunteer Rewards drawing. Out of those entries received, the Holy Family Society will randomly choose three winners to receive a cash prize of $150.00 each.
Each activity requires a separate form and each activity is an additional entry for the drawing. This form may be copied for additional activities. The deadline for our next drawing is October 5, 2009. The three winners selected on June 30, 2009, are: Sue M. Picacchio, Wooster, OH
Lucy M. Colbert, Detroit, MI Patricia A. Cohen, Mims, FL During the months of March, April and May 2009, these members dedicated their time by driving for Meals on Wheels, participating with the St. Vincent DePaul Society and cleaning their Church. Keep up the great work!
