On November 22, CHFS Council 22 hosted their annual social for their members. The evening began with a meeting, followed by a meal and social.  Fr. Henry Fischer opened the meeting with a prayer which was followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.  The meeting included discussions of goodies to be handed out at Santa's visit, the fund raisers for 2010, 50 year pins, and a discussion of the activities during 2009.  During 2009, Council 22 donated a total of $3,104.82 to different causes, and of that, $2906.82 was given to St. Cecilia Church.  Dates were set for the annual breakfast and social for next year.
